We often neglect to take care of our mind and body. Too often we feed both with junk. For me, freedom is about accepting life for what it “is” rather than what I want it to be. To feel free is to let go of emotional baggage, live your life on your own terms and accept yourself completely. This life is yours to live, you are born a goddamn genius, but society suppresses our uniqueness by giving us a ready-made blueprint that does nothing more than pump out future defenders of the status quo. Do whatever you want to do and never compromise your integrity by falling in line with the masses who sleep walk through life and rarely take the road less traveled.

2… Materialistic Minimalism

When we deeply contemplate losing all our possessions and release our attachment we stake on these things, we will ultimately realize that we don’t really own anything. When we no longer worry about losing what we have, an underlying feeling of peace is what remains. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t feel excited about having possessions or sad when you lose them, but our happiness should be dependent on as little as possible of external things. Freedom from attachment to external things will release you to just BE, instead of a need to HAVE.

3… Accept yourself completely

We all have things we believe about ourselves. We may believe that we’re too small, too tall, we’re beautiful, we’re ugly, we’re too sensitive or even too brash. The person we see in the mirror is not who we truly are…the person we see when we look within is who we truly are. Whatever your self-image is, stop labeling yourself and begin to work on accepting your beautiful self completely. Life is about self discovery and it can be an amazing journey.

Why rip yourself off of an incredible adventure by wasting time focusing on limiting beliefs created by a doubtful mind. If you really want to change your life, never give up on yourself, fall in love with yourself, and know that you’re worth the effort. Take care of your natural health at every turn and always feed both your mind and body the best.

4… Information Control

Your future is being shaped right this moment by the information you subject your mind to on a daily basis. This is one of the main reasons why I do not listen to local news broadcasts, read newspapers or watch TV. 5… You Have Enough Already

Where are you right now as you read this post? Maybe you are in work reading from the screen of your employers computer, or sitting at home with a nice hot cup of tea reading off the screen of your very own computer. Either way you are in a privileged position in life were you always have choices.

I’m not trying to suggest that you don’t have problems because you have a job or a roof over your head but I am suggesting that if you realized the majority of the population have neither, then maybe you would see your circumstances and situations in a whole new light.

hCG Fast Food

The human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (hCG) stands for Human Choriogonadotropin, the hormone produced by pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy.

Foods allowed on hCG diet:

The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes.

Tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water (2 liters of water per day is recommended) are the only drinks allowed, but they may be taken in any quantity and at all times.

The fruit or the breadstick may be eaten between meals instead of with lunch or dinner, but not more than than four items listed for lunch and dinner may be eaten at one meal.

Breakfast:

Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.

Lunch:

1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.

2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.

4. An apple, orange, or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.

Dinner :

The same four choices as lunch (above.)
